Fairly clean venue, unbeatable location within 21 minutes' drive of Midway International airport. The room was very affordable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was very efficient during all my best stay. I loved the hotel's roof top bar.
Wi-Fi was kind of slow; horrible breakfast.
Property was cozy, with smart staff and perfect location close to Restaurants and stores. I really enjoyed stunning room, it had a comfortable bed, climate control, a safe and an electronic key card. The continental breakfast had a huge variety of food.
We liked our stay ; the staff and location were excellent. Large room, comfy bed and fairly clean bathroom. Super restaurant just walking distance from the hotel. It was a nice comfy base for our really really nice stay.
Staff was PLEASANT plus location was great. We got the suite and it was large. Lake Michigan is adjacent to the hotel. It's metres from Drumbar, good for a little drink. What's more, private parking was easy to find.
Large comfortable suite
Tiny bathroom. No kettle
A little too impersonal and no breakfast.
Great hotel in an excellent location in the centre and close to the lake. We slept with four family members in one room, which was spacious enough for that.
The bar on the top floor that is advertised is not accessible to persons under 21 years of age. So our children just couldn't go upstairs. Furthermore, the bar is accessible to everyone with the hotel elevator, which caused delays in the elevator and the necessary vague types that ran through the hotel.
Location and staff are great! Next to the hang-cock tower and you can walk to navy pier and chicago river. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooftop bar has a dress code if you don't know this you don't have the right clothes to go on here.
Nice rooms. Great gym. Nice bar on the top floor
No breakfast buffet. Only donuts "for sale"
Location, building, rest (we slept on the 10th floor)
The mirror hung so awkwardly that you couldn't look into it.
Room was very spacious, beds very good. Bathroom was also very practical. spacious closet, and drawers ..... Very large televisions (2pcs) ... There was a corner with table and chairs where you could eat in the room... Location is very good, quiet but still close to everything, recommended in terms of location.
The 'kitchenette' is actually 1 small refrigerator and a microwave ... in my opinion does not fall under kitchenette. Price you see is without taxes, these are quite high. Be sure to take this into account.
bad info about where breakfast was possible. size of room and bathroom. for printing boardingcard not all airlines available.
Spacious and clean rooms. Central location. Good value for money.
The quality of the wifi is very weak. There are only two lifts so you sometimes have to wait more than five minutes for the elevator.
Beautiful location in the center.
Although it is an older classic hotel there were some things to replace. Especially the bathroom was not quite okay.
Air conditioning and swimming pool
The hotel was nice, but the a/c was not working. I understand these types of things are out of your control, but I wish I had been made aware of this when I checked in. The hotel did give me 50% off, but that was only after I asked. However, at time of checkout I received a bill for the entire amount. The clerk made the adjustment after I made her aware of it. I feel like everyone was charged the full amount, unless they asked for the discount. This is just wrong! The discount should have been given to customers automatically for the inconvenience. I failed to mention Chicago was having a heatwave the days I was there. The heat index was about 107 degrees.
