Great location for Gale Chicago, though traffic noise can be bothersome. Friendly staff, spacious quiet room. No refrigerator, but microwave provided. Managed street parking due to expensive options. a positive experience for a tech-savvy traveler like myself.

The spaciousness of the room and excellent location made our stay at this hotel enjoyable. However, some minor inconveniences like the lack of bathroom counter space and drinking glasses were noticeable. The staff, especially the friendly doorman, added a welcoming touch. The Drumbar's mixologist and the insightful doorman were highlights of our visit. The oversight in honoring my reservation left a negative impression. Despite this, the wellness center provided relaxation, and close proximity to landmarks like Millennium Park and Water Tower Place made family outings memorable.

Superb overall experience. Fairly clean and adorable hotel with private parking. Adequate rooms, excellent view of the skyline. A small kitchen, lounge chair, and a heating system were nice. A good area, awesome location short walk to good bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance and Michigan lake and the adjacent coffee shop. Besides, very convenient to an art museum.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, easy to walk around downtown. The room I booked was large bathroom was updated but small and available with great coffee making facilities, a good size for 3 adults plus a space to the right. All the employees were personable and courteous.

The bed was awful, that's sad thing.

During my transit in Chicago, I stayed at Gale Chicago and found its convenient location to be a major plus. Situated a mere 0.6 km from Chicago, the hotel provided easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. the proximity of Gale Chicago, at 3.6 km from Chicago Union, and 25 km from Midway International, made it an ideal stopover for my travels.

I must note that despite the convenient location, my stay at Gale Chicago was marred by subpar accommodations. The room, touted for its city views and modern amenities, fell short with cleanliness issues, worn-out furnishings, and unprofessional staff.

Fast personnel from a particular staff member. Unbeatable setting, next to including the redline to go to the ball park, many coffee shops, shopping and restaurants and Close to transportation, good restaurants.

Clean property with lovely and elegant staff from housekeeping to reception to management. The location next door to a theatre and a gallery was marvellous and unbeatable. Good area with a zoo and eateries next door to the hotel.

super clean - luxurious facilities, and close to top attractions. i stayed for some christmas shopping, and it's so convenient to walk or uber around. the italian restaurant at the hotel is top-notch - with fantastic food and ambience. the staff was super helpful too.

Wow, the views from my room at Gale Chicago were absolutely breathtaking! I could see the iconic John Hancock Center and get a beautiful city view right from my window. The marble accents in the room added a touch of luxury, and the free in-room WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay. But what really stood out was the fine dining experience at Pelago Ristorante - the fresh Italian cuisine made with local ingredients was simply unforgettable.

It was surprising and disappointing to witness such unprofessional behavior in an otherwise fantastic hotel.

The Sanctuary Fitness Center at Gale Chicago took my workout to new heights with inventive training methods and a focus on balance. The contemporary amenities and fitness center were a welcome addition, providing everything I needed to stay active and energized during my business trip.

This was a memorable stay with the service this visit. The staff were elegant and fine, gave us great tips. The location was magnificent easy to walk around downtown.

We ate at an amazing restaurant for breakfast. It was tidy and had an exceptionally good view of the roof top. The hotel had a very central location, next door to a theatre and a gallery.

The room we had included a little kitchen, lounge chair, and heating.
